All certificates must be coordinated with Mid South Bass Guide and is contingent upon available dates, unless purchaser has specified the date at the time of purchase, 10-30 days notice to Mid South Bass Guide is highly recommended. We recommend booking your trip as far in advance as possible (Especially, when planning a trip from March to June of the year). A deposit of $50.00, payable by check or PayPal, is required in order to reserve a date. If you decide to cancel your reservation, refunds of booking deposit may be made at the discretion of Mid-South Bass Guide.
If you must cancel a trip for any reason, your booking deposit may be transferred to another day within the next 12 months.
If your scheduled trip is canceled due to bad weather, then Mid-South Bass Guide will refund your deposit or apply it to another guided trip on Tims Ford Lake, Guntersville Lake, Woods Reservoir, Nickajack or Normandy Lakes.
Tennessee (Nickajack, Tims Ford Lake, Woods Reservoir) and Alabama (Guntersville Lake) fishing licenses may be purchase online. In addition, licenses may be obtained at probate offices and many stores that carry fishing tackle or bait.
Youths ages 15 and younger are not required to have a Alabama State fishing license, and youths 13 years of age or younger are not required to have a Tennessee fishing license.

We supply the fishing boat, PFD's, fishing tackle, non alcoholic beverages, pictures, and all the fish, fun and information we can provide with 35 years of fishing Guntersville Lake, Tims Ford Lake, Woods Reservoir and lakes around the world.
Capt Jake Davis runs a 20'-2" Triton bass boat powered by a 2018 Mercury 225 Pro XS OptiMax with Humminbird Helix 12 Side and Down Imaging Electronics and Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor. This boat safely carries a guide and up to three clients. We can arrange for additional boats and Trusted Guides to accommodate larger parties.
On-board you will find drinking water in the ice chest, life vests, tackle, digital camera, fishing tackle, and professional-grade fishing rods and reels for our clients' use.
What to Bring
If you have any special needs that require special accommodation, please advise Mid-South Bass Guide in advance of the trip.
Mid-South Bass Guide provides clients with high quality fishing gear. We use only brand-name equipment that is maintained in top-notch working condition.
Food and Beverages
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on board.
If you have any special beverage preferences, bring them with you. Bring a sack lunch, or it can be obtained at several waterfront establishments
